Building and Technology:
Over time the building has undergone a gradual transition from huge rooftop chiller (5) plan and perimeter heating to VRV heating to VRV systems in central parts and tenant spaces.  The M&E requirement has changed from three resident engineers to a combination including mobile back up to the current single resident engineer and a well-managed sub-contractor regime.
