RECENTLY REFURBISHED OFFICE BUILDING ON KING STREET MANCHESTER

Located on the prestigious King Street, Manchester, this Grade II listed Victorian building was built in the 1900s and underwent a substantial refurbishment in 2012. The building is situated in the heart of King Street, backing onto Manchester Town Hall and a five minute walk to the Arndale Shopping Centre. It is surrounded by high-end restaurants, office blocks and fashion retailers and is a very sought after area for businesses.

It is a multi-let 6 storey property consisting of; plantrooms and storage areas, ground floor reception, lift lobby and retail space with four upper floors of office space. The ground floor occupants consist of two high-end fashion retailers, along with multi-tenanted offices on the upper floors, providing 41,414ft2 of space. Additional facilities on site include showers, a remodelled reception area and high specification toilet facilities.

Hemlow has been working closely with Gerald Eve to bring the site in line with the quality required for the prestigious building and it’s tenants.

76 King Street is a multi-tenanted retail and commercial building. With the refurbishment new refrigerant VRV / VRF systems were installed. There are two gas fired boilers that feed the LWHW heating system. All plant assets are serviced as part of the planned M&E maintenance contract.
