
Vanburgh, Jellicoe and Burlington House are three buildings situated on the prestigious Botleigh Grange Business Park, 1.5 miles to the south of Hedge End, Southampton. The three detached buildings in the parkland setting of Botleigh Grange offer tenants modern office space and facilities with private car parking.
During the 12 year terms of two of the contracts, two of the three sites have moved from managing agent to landlord. A third site was also recently added to the portfolio. The client now has a more focused plan for refurbishing and improving the buildings. Our team are working closely with the client to achieve their ambitions for the portfolio of buildings.
A full range of assets are maintained across the three buildings including HVAC, drainage, lighting, fire protection and water treatment. In addition, Burlington House has a solar photovoltaic system.
