Following a positive few years of growth we have been expanding our team rapidly here at Hemlow and have seen some fantastic new talent join the business as well as some well-earned promotions! We are now a strong team of 100 members, with our 100th joiner starting in our head office in Sevenoaks as a Sales and Marketing Administrator!

Emily had originally planned to undertake an apprenticeship in Digital Marketing, having handed in her notice to the shop where she currently worked as a Senior Sales Supervisor, Emily was shocked to find out that the Apprenticeship provider had gone into administration.

She resumed her role part time as Senior Sales Supervisor, however she was determined to pursue her dream of finding a new career and took up the offer from a family friend to help out during a particularly busy period in the accounts department at … you guessed it, Hemlow!

Having supported the accounts team for several weeks, Emily approached the Sales Director and expressed her interest in Sales and Marketing. Having heard about how passionate she was to learn more about it Hemlow offered her the opportunity to split her time between the two teams to gain some experience. Emily thrived in the role and was quickly taking on more responsibility and we are so pleased she has accepted to continue the role full time! To support her in her continued development Hemlow have arranged for Emily to undertake her Level 3 CIM Certificate in Professional Marketing qualification and we are certain she will continue to bring great ideas back into the business.

At Hemlow one of our core values has always been to have a strong focus on people, we believe in developing positive and productive relationships with not only our clients, but with our own internal team. Which is why we love to welcome new members, and with our continued growth we look forward to welcoming more new talent into the business.

Hemlow Director Chris Ward comments:

“It is fantastic to welcome Emily as our 100th team member, she will be a brilliant addition to the team. It has been so inspiring to see the team grow during my time at Hemlow over the past 6 years and to see how people have progressed throughout all areas of the company. During our growth we ensured that we always kept our values at the heart of all our decisions we made and will always continue to invest in our people”
