Following some practice laps (where things already started to get a little bit competitive, as it was identified that there may have been a professional racer or two among us!) everyone was split into teams ready to start their relay races!
And they were off! Despite a few minor crashes, a couple of spin outs, and one racer entering the track with their charging cable still attached to the back of their car! The races were a great success and the teams worked together to try and gain the fastest times!
Having worked up an appetite the team were then treated to a BBQ and beers before the winning teams took to the podium, all hoping to secure the top spot and take home the Lewis Hemlowton Trophy!
