Last week we were passing on our M&E knowledge to delegates in London and for the first time Birmingham too.  The event took place at Alpha Works in the iconic Alpha Building, for which we were awarded the M&E maintenance contract earlier this year by our client CEG.  We’ll be adding a case study on our work there to our case studies page in due course.

Having our new engineering hub in Birmingham now means we can make our M&E services and CPD training more accessible to those in the Midlands region.

The aim of the day was to give delegates the tools to use M&E maintenance to improve their buildings’ energy efficiency and optimise their environments.

“The event was a great day, so pleased to have come away with having a better
understanding of the AC asset.”

Dave our Technical Support Manager presented three sessions at both locations, giving delegates a better understanding of the operation of air conditioning systems, quick wins on improving their EPC rating and how to avoid some of the common tenant fit-out derived problems.   Following our training delegates are armed with the knowledge they need to enable energy use reductions, make savings, ensure compliance and gain competitive advantage.

“Wasn’t too technical and focussed on the issues we as FMs will encounter.”

“A most useful event and one I want my colleague to attend next time you schedule.”
