Once again Hemlow hosted CPD training providing ‘An overview of air conditioning systems in commercial buildings.’ For the first time in Hemlow history we provided this training independently in three regions – North West, Midlands and London.
On Wednesday 13th November 2019 we hosted our first CPD event in Manchester at the Zeus Lounge, Hilton Manchester Deansgate. The training was followed by a networking opportunity for our delegates, management and engineering teams at Cloud 23 of the Hilton. We welcomed new delegates and current clients to the exclusive event overlooking the Manchester skyline at sunset.

Following on from the buzz of Manchester the Hemlow team headed south to The Cube, Birmingham for our CPD and networking event on Thursday 14th November 2019. The delegates and team battled through the rain and localised flooding to attend the afternoon event. We were pleased to welcome back our clients who attended our last CPD event in partnership with the IWFM Midlands at Edgbaston Cricket Club in June and also new attendees. Our drinks and canapés were served in the Marco Pierre Whites Champagne Bar overlooking Birmingham City Centre. Once again we received very positive feedback on the training provided by our in house Technical Manager, Dave Green.

To round up the years CPD training events we hosted a morning event at the Tower of London on Thursday 21st November 2019. We welcomed in excess of 40 delegates to complete the hours training followed by a guided tour of the Tower of London grounds. Delegates were then able to explore to the Tower of London for the remainder of the day and capture a glimpse at the world famous Crown Jewels.

During the networking opportunities we discussed the future CPD events with a number of delegates and the required focus on environmental and sustainability going forward. Gaining feedback from our delegates as to what they want to hear from us is always of major importance to us at Hemlow.
Therefore next year we will be providing training on Energy Management in Commercial Buildings in Manchester, Birmingham and London.
In addition to this we are also partnering with the IWFM South West on 18th March 2020 to providing a CPD training day based on Energy Management which will host a number of speakers from various companies and industries.
