Our growth over the past few years means we need more space in our Slough office for our centralised operational hub. We’re investing now for the future and making sure we’ve got enough space to grow that bit more.

Working to a high quality spec, the fit out will create a nicer environment for our senior operations people and helpdesk team to work in. It will include a much needed café style breakout area, meeting rooms, offices and a dedicated space for the helpdesk. The helpdesk plays an important part in the smooth running of our business and having a great space to work in will make a big difference to them.

After the move, operations will continue just as before but in a bigger, better space allowing for more people and the development of the project side of the business too. Any new recruits to our operational team will be based in Slough. However, there are also ‘hot desks’ in our head office in Sevenoaks and our new Birmingham office for when managers find it more convenient to work from another branch.

 

 

 

Our Projects Director, Colin Smith is responsible for carrying out the project with our own guys carrying out some of the work alongside a specialist fit-out company. We expect to be able to move in to the new floor early in the New Year.
