OptiMaintenance

Our new maintenance solution focusses on Performance Led Maintenance to monitor plant, ensure plant efficiency, assist in life-cycle asset management planning and energy management.
OptiMaintenance is our new way of providing performance led maintenance services to a building. We design a maintenance programme which provides a compliance based PPM schedule, the use of remote monitoring sensors for performance based maintenance and a planned maintenance schedule which uses both traditional maintenance techniques and the latest smart technology. That means when your key plant has performance issues we can proactively attend site after receiving an alert from our sensor software so the issue can be fixed, reducing the possibility of it becoming a larger problem for you and your tenants.
We will attend site to complete a full survey on our OptiMaintenance solution including details on implementation.
As well as the sensor monitoring set up we will also be able to advise on additional services included within the OptiMaintenance package that would be of benefit to site.
These services could include:

Disaster Avoidance Surveys - Risk mitigation planning associated with critical systems such as cooling, heating, power and fire safety that, if they become compromised, would have a negative impact on your business, systems or tenants.

Energy Surveys - Assisting you to create an energy management strategy for your building with a range of surveys including TM22 and TM44 energy survey.

Air Quality Monitoring - Humidity and temperature helps to identify health and wellness issues for a building’s occupants, as well as protect valuable assets. We are able to monitor air quality, to enhance your tenant’s environment and compliment your property’s wellbeing strategy
Energy savings of between 10-35%
Delivered within the same maintenance budget.
Effectively managing key assets, maximising efficiency and maintenance regime

Quarterly performance reports will provide an overview on plant performance which we will analyse and provide initiatives for savings whether this be plant upgrade, BMS updates or proactive management of assets.
